When I bought my 2005 STS Cadillac the push button starter where you push to start the car was all worn off and looked bad and I had it replaced. I'm very happy I had it done also my screen showed the airconditioners needed servicing. I was very happy to leave my car in the service dept hands and hop into a new ATS and go do errors and two appointments. When I returned the car was already to go and there was a list of things I needed to be aware of and have fixed on my next appointment this made me very comfortable that I could keep my car running and dependable. All in all it was a great experience and I will continue to bring my Cadillac to Doug's Cadillac for all repairs and Rich made me very comfortable he anticipated all my needs.
