If your daily schedule is making it difficult to get your vehicle in for service and repairs, Doug's offers Valet Pick Up Delivery Service to make your life easier. Whether you are bringing your car in for regular maintenance or need some repairs we'll be happy to set you up with complimentary valet service.
- Schedule a pick up by calling (877) 839-0068
- Complimentary for any routine maintenance or repairs
- We'll pick up your car, complete the service or repairs, wash it and return your vehicle back to your home or office.
If you would like to bring your car in for service or repairs we also offer loaner cars, 24-hour after hours drop off and a comfortable waiting area complete with comfy couches, Dish TV, beverages, coffee, pastries and Wi-Fi.

"I recently took my wife's Tahoe to Doug's Northwest Cadillac/HUMMER for an air conditioning problem that was unable to be diagnosed by any other dealer in the area; including the Eastside. I was treated to their Red Carpet Treatment immediately. The Service Consultant took my comments without question and assured me they would get to the bottom of the problem. I was still skeptical because so many others had said the same thing. The technician came out to talk with me and then went to do his research. About 15 minutes later, he came back with a solution and presented it to me. The work was done quickly and professionally and the problem has never resurfaced.
